Vivo has recently launched the Vivo X200 Pro Mini, a compact smartphone appealing to users who prefer smaller devices. In response, tipster Digital Chat Station reports that Xiaomi is developing a mini smartphone under the Redmi brand, featuring a display size of 6.3 inches, similar to the Xiaomi 14. This new Redmi phone is expected to have a large 6000mAh battery, utilizing technology similar to OnePlus’s Glacier batteries. However, it will not include wireless charging or a telephoto camera. Further details are yet to be announced.
